Prepares the project engineering execution plan;

The main responsibilities are:
- to prepare and issue the dedicated Project Control Procedures, containing all necessary control instructions to project stakeholders.
- to manage and coordinate the Home Office and Site Project Control Team, if present, ensuring that the activities are efficiently carried out according to the project procedures and the current best practices.
- to coordinate the implementation of all the necessary tools and reports required to achieve the project purposes.

- to actively take part on the risk management process
- to support the PM/PD in coordinating the change management by assuring all the internal and external changes are properly identified, evaluated) in terms of time and costs’ impact) and managed by the related owners.
- to support the Planning & Cost Control Section Manager in the continuous improvement process by identifying and proposing any suggestion for increasing work efficiency.
- to periodically monitor of and report on the professional growth of the assigned project control team (including the suggestion of any actions that could support the career path defined for each specific team member).
Job requirements
Education
Master of Science in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering).
Languages
Italian Fluent, English Fluent, knowledge of any other language may be an asset.
Software knowledge
Good practical experience in using the following software:
- Primavera P6 EPPM
- Microsoft Project
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power Platform)
- SAP

Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Works in coordination with Area Sales Managers to assure proposals prepared are in line with customer’s expectations and needs;
- Reviews customer’s requests and analyzes the ITBs received;
- Organizes and holds the internal bid kick-off meeting with all involved departments;
- Coordinates the team during the technical proposals preparation to assure clients requirements are met;
- Calculates the project costs and defines the budget for pricing calculations, with the support of the estimating section;
- Prepares the preliminary project cash flow in coordination with the estimating section;
- Prepares commercial proposals and all required bidding documents in line with customer’s requests and company standards;
- Drafts the contracts and/or analyses the contracts received from customers with the support of legal department;
- Prepares the internal documentation necessary for the hand over of the project to the project management for the execution phase.
