Casale provide a solution for low-carbon hydrogen production at small to medium capacity. The new solution leverages partial oxidation (POX) of NG with oxygen and allows to capture up to a 99% carbon emissions. The process can be customized to meet specific requirements as well as be easily integrated in any downstream unit.
HyPURE is Casale process for large scale, blue hydrogen production based on Combined Reformeing (Pre-reforming plus Auto-thermal Reforming ). The process can be customized to meet specific needs as well as be easily integrated in any downstream unit.
MACH2 is Casale’s proprietary ammonia cracking process to convert ammonia into hydrogen for sustainable applications. MACH2 technology allows the production of green or blue ammonia where the necessary resources are available while enabling green hydrogen to be safely delivered where it is needed. The process leverages Casale leading position in ammonia technology making it the most reliable and efficient solution available on the market. It is devised to fit a broad spectrum of hydrogen plant capacities, offering the highest single train plant capacity - exceeding 1300 MTD - while delivering exceptionally pure hydrogen.
MACH2 process scheme can be customized and optimized according to the client’s needs (optimizing CAPEX or OPEX), acting on different operating parameters and plant optimization: steam export, power generation or co-generation, which can be easily integrated in the Casale MACH2 ammonia cracking technology.
