Casale, in partnership with Black & Veatch (B&V), proudly announces the successful completion of the front-end engineering design (FEED) of EverWind Fuels' green hydrogen and ammonia project in Point Tupper, Nova Scotia. Leveraging Casale's expertise, the project relies on Casale's license, know-how, and basic engineering design. Furthermore, the facility will utilize Casale's cutting-edge FLEXIGREEN technology for green ammonia production. This achievement marks the first-ever completion of FEED for a large-scale green hydrogen and green ammonia production facility in North America, showcasing Casale's commitment to sustainable energy initiatives.
With a capacity of 750 metric tons per day (MTD), the green ammonia plant stands as one of the world's largest of its kind, highlighting Casale's expertise in driving innovation and sustainability in energy production.
Production is set to commence in 2026, signaling a significant milestone in Casale's journey towards shaping a greener future.
