Casale’s organizational changes in China

May 2023 marks an important step for Casale in China, we are proud to announce a major reorganization regarding our presence and operations in the Chinese market.

Casale has been present in China since the 1980s and in 2018 a Representative Office was established in Shanghai.

At the end of 2021 Casale acquired the company Green Granulation Limited (GGL HK) and, together with the fluidized bed granulation technology that enriches Casale's offering portfolio, the team of employees of GG Beijing, controlled by GGL HK, also joined the Company.

At this point, the need to integrate the two facilities in China led to the definition of a new corporate structure. Casale will retain both organizations, in Beijing and Shanghai, operating as one parent company, Casale Limited, based in Hong Kong.

The new operating mode will allow Casale to serve its valued customers more efficiently, combining the strengths of both teams and further expanding the company and building on a solid foundation.

Casale Limited will not only provide its customers with high-quality services, but will also make available to them, and to the entire Chinese industry, an even wider range of technologies that Casale currently offers, as well as those that will be released and developed in the future.

We are confident that this new organization will allow Casale to have a stronger foothold in the Chinese market and that the synergies between the local offices will lead to increased business development opportunities.
