Casale SA.
By integrating the strengths, the skills and the decades-long experience of the four original companies, Casale will be able to deliver even better service and a wider range of solutions to all our customers.
Under the new company structure we shall continue to offer the most innovative, leading-edge technologies and complete know-how for both plant revamping and new plants through our
Business Units:
- Ammonia
- Urea
- Methanol
- Melamine
- Syngas
We shall continue to offer all the services and products that we have provided up to now:
- Technology licensing
- Full-range engineering services, from the feasibility study to basic, FEED and detail design
- Procurement and supply of equipment and materials
- Site assistance and site construction services
- Customer care and long-term assistance throughout the whole life of the plant
However, we believe that by simplifying the company structure we shall be able to co-ordinate and integrate our services, talents and creativity more closely, thus strengthening our market presence and becoming even more competitive. And that means we shall be able to create more value for our clients.
And even more significantly, from the financial point of view the united company will wield considerably greater weight than any of its predecessor companies was able to on its own, solidly underpinning our capacity to take on the largest world-scale projects.
We believe that this change in our company structure will directly benefit our clients, our suppliers and, in fact, everyone we do business with.
